Just threw this together from my revision a while ago, and couldn't be bothered to convert to HTML and upload all the images individually, so just printed to PDF instead.

Just clarified, and there's a slight error in step 4
Close, doesn't have to be one of each, can be more than one input
process, might even be more than one central transform process, and
can be more than one output.
